RETURNS

You have the right to return any product(s) you have purchased directly from our website within 30 days of receiving the item(s). The product (or products) must be unused - in original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact - and still in the same new condition as when the watch was received.

If you wish to replace some of the products received with other items, your case will be treated as a regular return request. That is, you can return unwanted items to us and receive a refund. New items that you wish to receive instead will need to be ordered from our online store.

When you create a return, you will be asked to fill in your name, address, email, and order number.

You will then receive a UPS return label via email within 2-4 business days. Using the UPS return label costs $10. 

Your package label must be affixed to the outside of the package. When you use our label, your package is fully insured and tracked during shipping. When we receive your package, our return team will start processing your case as soon as possible. We have 4-8 days processing time on return shipments depending on season and busyness. You will receive all your money back minus the cost of the return shipping, $10. 

Return policy:

To be able to make a return, your product must meet the following requirements:

- The return tag is still attached
- All plastic protection is still attached 
- The bracelet is not adjusted
- The product is unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
