After your order has been shipped you will receive an email with the tracking link for your package.

The shipping time depends on the chosen delivery method. The general delivery time is 4-8 working days from the shipping date. Express shipping is usually 1-3 working days.

If you wish to return your product(s) you have the right to receive a full refund within 30  days after receiving your product(s). To be able to receive the full refund, the product has to be in new condition. If you want to return your item you will find all information: HERE 

Once your returning package has been received at our warehouse, it is processed and inspected before we proceed in approving or disapproving the respective return. It must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact - and still in the same new condition as when the watch was received. Once a refund is issued on our system, you can expect to receive your money back within 5-7 business days.

We will send you an order confirmation to the email address you provided during the ordering process. If you haven't received an email from us yet, please check the spam folder in your email inbox first. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for the order confirmation to be sent. If you have ordered from us but have not received an order confirmation, please contact our customer service.

Please set the time to 12:00 sharp and check that the crown is pushed in, completely, against the watch case. Wait 15 minutes to see if the minute hand has moved. If this doesn't solve the problem, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

The warranty does not cover:
- Defects and damages due to loss, theft, fire, water, or a natural disaster
- Failure or damage caused by improper use, carelessness (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal/glass, etc.), or accidents
- Failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification.
- Aesthetic changes, defects, and damages due to normal wear and tear and aging (e.g. minor scratches on the case and/or crystal, altercation of the watchband and peeling of the plating, etc.)
- Battery, wristband, crown, or crystal/glass

1 Place a small tool in the slot of the clasp, preferably a flat-head screwdriver. Lift the locking plate in the direction facing away from the straight pin. 2 Slide the adjustment buckle to the desired position. Note that the strap has grooves on the backside. 3 When the preferable size is set, press down the locking plate.

The metal elements of our watches and bracelets are made of 316L stainless steel, which has been refined with a fine ion plating and is almost nickel-free. Customers affected by a nickel allergy can usually wear our products without any issues.

Yes, Hexter & Baines watches are water resistant between 3-5 ATM. The product pages specify which water protection each watch has.
